DESCRIPTION:You are invited to the most unique car show anywhere in Minnesota at the April 2026 Cars and Caves car show happens at the Chanhassen AutoPlex. Only a 20-minute drive from Minneapolis/St. Paul. All Cars & Caves car shows run from 9 am to 12 pm on the last Saturday of the month\, shine or rain. \nThe Chanhassen AutoPlex is known around the world for our amazing car condos.  Many of the 120 garage condominiums at the AutoPlex will be open for viewing. Coffee\, beverages\, and food will be available for purchase. \nWe welcome classic\, collector\, muscle\, antique\, street rod\, exotic vehicles\, and vintage motorcycles. The public is also welcome to spectate the event and drive their everyday car. Gates open at 7:30 am. \nLike all Chanhassen AutoPlex events\, the April 2026 Cars & Caves car show is a family-friendly event that is free and open to the public. \nShow Car Criteria \n\nAll collector\, muscle\, antique\, street rod\, exotic vehicles\, and vintage motorcycles are welcome. The following car classes are admitted into the show area: \n\nClassic cars: Cars manufactured between 1925 and 1948 are still in original or restored condition.\nCollector cars: Cars that are at least 25 years old and have been restored or maintained in their original condition.\nMuscle cars: High-performance American-made cars produced between the mid-1960s and early 1970s.\nAntique cars: Cars that are at least 45 years old and are in original or restored condition.\nStreet rods: Custom-built cars that resemble cars from the 1930s and 1940s.\nExotic vehicles: High-performance sports and luxury vehicles are typically rare and expensive.\nVintage motorcycles: Motorcycles that are at least 35 years old and are in original or restored condition.\n\nNOTE: Due to limited space\, we can only allow vintage or exotic import cars. All other import cars will be asked to park in spectator areas. \nPlease ensure that your vehicle is clean\, polished\, and free of damage or rust. All other import cars will be asked to park in spectator areas. \nPlease ensure that your vehicle is clean\, polished\, and free of damage or rust. We also ask that you arrive early to ensure that you have enough time to park and set up. Gates open at 8:30 am. \nIf you’re a car enthusiast but don’t have a vehicle that fits into one of these categories\, don’t worry! The public is welcome to spectate the event and drive their everyday car.
